About Rockhampton Podiatry

Two decades of trusted local care, powered by world-leading technology

    Meet Matt Cavanagh

    Local Experience, Modern Technology

With over 20 years of experience, Matt Cavanagh provides precise, practical and patient-focused podiatry care for Rockhampton and Central Queensland.

Matt established Rockhampton Podiatry (originally Matt Cavanagh Podiatrist) in August 2004, after beginning his career locally in 2003. Over the past two decades he's helped thousands of people — from miners and tradespeople to athletes and families — improve the way they move.

Between 2004 and 2014, Matt worked with several major mining companies, designing orthotics and managing lower-limb conditions for industrial workers. This experience shaped his deep understanding of how the lower limb performs under physical load.

Matt Cavanagh - Principal Podiatrist at Rockhampton Podiatry

Today, Matt continues to apply advanced biomechanical assessment and orthotic design to optimise stability, efficiency and comfort in every step.

"My goal is simple — to help people move better, feel better, and stay active for life."
